Stormdancer Kennels are situated
on a farm that is set within its own
valley and designated as a site of
outstanding natural beauty.
The farm is run as a Horse and Pony Retirement Home
where we also take horses for the Mounted Branch
of the Metropolitan Police.
The welfare of animals is our prime concern.and we help
with the rehoming of all horses and ponies along with
Weimaraners and Slovakian Rough Haired Pointers.
Located near the medieval village of Robertsbridge it
is on the edge of the Kent / East Sussex borders
between Royal Tunbridge Wells and the South Coast.
Just 50 minutes from the EuroTunnel and Channel
ports it has easy access to and from Europe
and the continent.

by local and master craftsmen and they provide a comfortable
home with spacious living accommodation for the horses and

Accredited Breeder
This Kennel Club scheme actively encourages the breeding of healthy, well adjusted puppies. It lays down a series of requirements that breeders must adhere to in order to participate in the scheme
Why buy from Accredited Breeders?
Accredited Breeders are those individuals that actively raise their puppies with specific aims in mind. Their goal is to enhance the development and maintain the standard of their breed and is not motivated by profit. Breeders are registered with the Kennel Club and Breed Clubs and must uphold the ethical standards of that club. They are required to health check the male and female parents for genetic conditions and avoid breeding from lines that have known health problems. A reputable breeder will offer a health guarantee for the puppy by providing a return and refund option should the puppy not pass a full veterinary health screen.
Here at Stormdancer (and all other Accredited Breeders) we ensure the new owner signs a contract that prevents the re-sale or rehoming of the dog ensuring that it is to be returned to the breeder should the necessity ever rise. Puppies, unless otherwise indicated are sold free from any disqualifying faults and will be eligible for shows, competitions and free from any future breeding restrictions.
Since breeders are very selective in the breeding of their puppies there may be a waiting list until a puppy becomes available. Breeders will also require that the prospective new owners meet with specific requirements with regard to their home and lifestyle. The breeder always reserves the right to refuse to sell a puppy if they feel that the prospective home could be unsuitable.
Please bear in mind that these are living entities and you are commiting to approximately 12 to 14 years with your new dog.
They are NOT sold on a sale or return nor a try before you buy basis!
